One bedrooms are pretty spacious, bigger than more expensive ones else where that are newer. I like that I have an alarm since I live alone. Maintenance is so-so about fixing things in a timely manner. I have lived here for two years, going the third this summer. It's a good place to live for the money. The staff is always nice and they give a lot of incentives for renewing leases and getting people to sign new ones.

I would recommend it. They are easy to work with and take good care of tenents and property.

Can't beat it for the priice

For proximity to campus and other things around Tuscaloosa, it's a good catch. Otherwise, apartments further away seem to be less expensive and a lot more quiet. Also, certain sections of apartment are very close to kind of sketchy areas.

The apartment is great. Great office staff, always tend to anything I need. Great repair men also. But my neighbors are too loud and too obnoxious. Considering moving when my lease is up.

I find the apartment great for the value, the grounds are well kept. The sealy team are very service orientated and maintenance is good.... I haven't had any problems since I have been living their and know that if there would be a problem they will take care of it quickly and to my satisfaction.

Bent tree is great. Great value for what you pay for. Apartments are nice, affordable and very close to campus.
